    IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI INDONESIA

    Kurikulum merdeka merupakan suatu kurikulum yang baru diluncurkan oleh Kemdikbudristek setelah adanya suatu krisis pembelejaran yang disebabkan oleh adanya virus covid-19 yang dimulai pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan memberi gambaran mengenai implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah penggerak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi kurikulum di sekolah penggerak telah dilaksanakan dengan optimal dan sedang berlangsung, walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih banyak kekurangan dan hambatan. Kunci keberhasilan dari adanya penerapan kurikulum di sekolah penggerak adalah dari kepala sekolah dan guru-gurunya harus memiliki kemauan untuk melakukan perubahan. Kepala sekolah selaku pemimpin harus dapat merubah mindset Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada di sekolah tersebut untuk mau melakukan perubahan sehingga kurikulum merdeka dapat diterapkan

    AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the disciplinary norms in the Pontianak State Fisheries Business Middle School. Qualitative phenomenological research methods. The source of research data from grade I students consisted of four female students and two male students and two BK teachers. With the acquisition of observation data and student activity interviews during school. The results showed that the student's social adaptation process was going well, the students were able to overcome obstacles and were able to participate in activities well according to the school discipline manual. The inhibiting factors for the social adaptation of new students are seniority, loss of indigenous culture, feeling the difference between a house and a dormitory, and the inability to respond to rules effectively. The supporting factors for social adaptation of new students are a sense of peace and interaction between students, flexibility and openness with the teacher so that they have tolerance and solidarity to maintain the applicable rules to survive through a period of mutual adaptation. It can be concluded that the social adaptation of new students with semi-military school discipline rules, minority and punishment does not affect the quality and mental improvement of students.Keywords: Social Adaptation, Norm Discipline, SUPM, Pontiana

    PELAKSANAAN MODEL INQUIRY SOSIAL MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI DALAM MEMOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IPS

    Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan model inquiry sosial pada mata pelajaran sosiologi dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan model inquiry sosial pada mata pelajaran sosiologi kelas XI IPS terlaksana dengan baik yaitu guru menyampaikan topik pembelajaran, menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran serta guru menyampaikan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan model inquiry sosial. Guru mendorong siswa dalam perumusan masalah, perumusan hipotesis, membantu siswa dalam mengumpulkan data serta merumuskan kesimpulan. Motivasi siswa yang terlihat yaitu Siswa aktif selama proses pelaksanaan proses belajar dengan siswa merespon positif pertanyaan guru serta siswa terdorong dalam merumuskan masalah yang dibahas. Terlihat antusias dari siswa dalam mencari, mengumpulkan serta memilah data yang sesuai dengan  permasalahan. Siswa berani untuk bertanya, mengeluarkan pendapat serta siswa dilibatkan aktif dalam perumusan kesimpulan. Kata Kunci: Model Inquiry Sosial, Pelajaran Sosiologi, Motivasi  Belajar Siswa Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of a model of social inquiry on the subject of sociology in motivating student’s learning. Result was used in the research study. Results of the research shows the implementation model of social inquiry in the sociology subject of XI IPS class have done well that teachers deliver learning topics, expressing the purpose of learning and teacher deliver the measures of implementing model of social inquiry. Teacher encourage students in the formulation of the problem, the formulation of hypotheses, assist students in gathering data and drawing conclusions. Student motivation is seen that students were active during the execution of the learning process with students respond positively to the teacher and students are encouraged to formulate the problems discussed. Can be seen that the enthusiasm of the students in searching, collecting and processing data in accordance with problems.     Nilai kepahlawanan, keperintisan, kejuangan dan kesetiakawanan sosial (K3KS) merupakan nilai kesejarahan yang tidak boleh hilang dari darah nadi setiap warga Negara Indonesia. Namun, seiring dengan perubahan nilai di masyarakat, nilai-nilai tersebut mengalami degradasi bahkan nyaris hilang. Pembelajaran sejarah seyogianya tidak hanya cerita masa lalu, namun harus mampu menginternalisasi nilai -nilai kesejarahan tersebut dalam diri setiap peserta didik.     Abstark: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat mengenai interaksi sosial pimpinan dengan karyawan dalam memotivasi kerja (studi kasus di Hotel Dangau Kabupaten Kubu Raya). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Interaksi sosial yang terjadi di hotel Dangau sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaa, pimpinan dengan karyawan menjalin hubungan kerjasama langsung dengan seperti berpartisipasi dalam acara wedding, menjaga kebersihan hotel, dan melayani tamu dengan baik. Selain kerjasama pimpinan juga memberikan koersi dan toleransi kepada para karyawan. Pimpinan akan memberikan koersi berupa teguran dan surat peringatan kepada setiap karyawan yang melakukan pelanggaran pada saat jam kerja berlangsung. Toleransi diberikan pimpinan kepada setiap karyawan yang datang terlambat dikarenakan alasan yang tepat seperti kendaraan rusak, dan keperluan keluarga.   Kata Kunci : Interaksi Sosial Asosiatif, Memotivasi Kerja   Abstark: The purpose of this study is generally to obtain accurate information about the social interaction with the leadership in motivating employees work (case study Dangau Hotel Kubu Raya).     The riots that occurred in Sambas Regency in 1999 were quite large in the history of the conflict in Indonesia involving the Malays and the Madurese. Pemangkat sub-district is one of the sub-districts experiencing severe conflict. The riots that occurred in Pemangkat District had an impact on the social psychology of the community, both from the Madurese and the Malays. The impact of this inter-tribal riot also had an impact on several sectors, namely the economic sector, education, and other sectors. This article aims to explain the effects of riots between the Madurese-Malay tribes in Pemangkat sub-district in 1999 and after using historical research methods, namely topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. From the discussion on the social impact of society during and after the riots between the Madurese-Malay tribes in Pemangkat District in this article, it will be concluded that the riots that occurred in Pemangkat District had a considerable impact on both the Madurese and the Malays themselves.Kerusuhan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sambas pada tahun 1999 cukup besar dalam sejarah konflik di Indonesia yang melibatkan etnis Melayu dan Madura. Kecamatan Pemangkat merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang mengalami konflik cukup parah. Kerusuhan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pemangkat berdampak pada psikologi sosial masyarakat baik yang berasal dari Madura maupun Melayu. Dampak kerusuhan antarsuku ini juga berdampak pada beberapa sektor, yaitu sektor ekonomi, pendidikan, dan sektor lainnya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak kerusuhan suku Madura-Melayu di Kecamatan Pemangkat tahun 1999 dan setelah menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yaitu pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Dari pembahasan dampak sosial masyarakat pada saat dan pasca terjadinya kerusuhan antara suku Madura-Melayu di Kabupaten Pemangkat pada artikel ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kerusuhan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pemangkat memberikan dampak yang cukup besar baik bagi masyarakat Madura maupun Melayu

    AbstractThe title of this thesis is Analysis of Women's Participation in the Preservation of Dayak Village Bonds in the Betang Ensaid Panjang House of Sintang District. The general problem in this study is "how do women participate in the conservation of the Dayak Desa ikat weaving in the betel house of Ensaid Panjang Sintang District" with the following sub-problems: 1) women's participation in the preservation of the village Dayak tribal weaving in the Ensaid Panjang District betang house Sintang; 2) the young population does not participate in the conservation of the village Dayak tribal weaving in the Betang Ensaid Panjang home of Sintang Regency; 3) Dayak ikat weaving craft is only done by women who have basic education in the preservation of village dayak ikat weaving in the betel house of Ensaid Panjang, Sintang Regency; 4) the efforts made by the ikat weaving craftsmen and village apparatus in the conservation of the village dayak ikat weaving in the betel house of Ensaid Panjang, Sintang Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection tools use by observation guides, interview guides and documentation. The results showed: 1) only women can work on the Dayak Desa ikat weaving and may not be done by men; 2) teenage girls have not been moved to weave and are still busy with their personal affairs; 3) the demands of work and different educational backgrounds make it impossible for women in the betang house to all work on woven weaving; 4) there are training activities for ikat weaving craftsmen, cultural performances and cultural exhibitions that are always held by the Office of culture and tourism.Keywords: Women's Participation, Preservation, Dayak Ikat Weavin

    TRANSFORMASI NILAI BUDAYA TUDANG MANDRE SIPULUNG PADA ETNIS BUGIS DI DESA TELUK PAKEDAI HULU

    AbstractThis research aims to describe the culture of Tudang Manre Sipulung, Bugis ethnic, as a heritage in Teluk Pakedai Hulu Village which experienced a cultural value transformation. In the process of describing the four sub-problems related to early cultural values, the form of transformation of present cultural values, then the factors causing the transformation, and the regeneration of the cultural value heritage of Tudang Manre Sipulung. through a narrative approach to obtain primary data obtained from traditional and religious leaders through observation and in-depth interviews to reduce data and get a good data presentation. The results of research related to early cultural values originate from religiosity asking for protection of natural spirits, then in the transformation of cultural values that prioritizes gratitude to Allah SWT as the creator of nature, from the causecultural transformation lies at the level of gratitude, kinship, changes in economic and moral values from environmental influences. In the process of cultural regeneration of Tudang Manre Sipulung, it is seen from the internalization of culture at home, the socialization of Islamic cultural values and enculturation as a medium for exchanging information in the life of a cultured society.Keywords: Transformation, of Culture Values, Tudang Manre Sipulun
